Chassis: The tank will be laied on a special steel profile which connects the saddles and the tank shell. On this special profile proper reinforcements are located in the areas where the running gear, the landing legs and the king-pin sliding plate are fitted.
Compartment: Tank's shell made of 4mm sheet metal (ST-37). Dishe heads made of 6mm (ST37).
Tank with 4 equal compartments & 4 manholes (Every 9000 liters) plus expansion space of 3% &
enough baffle plates to minimize liquid movement during the motion of the vehicle aacording to EEC
flammable fuel transport regulations.
Both the front and the rear heads will be bombed type (in veritical and horizontal direction).
Upper catwalk in anti-skid aluminum (in order to avoid possible sparks) on the right hand side of the manholes.
Access ladder to the upper part of the tank installed at front. Spill collars along the lenght of the tank in order to prevent liquids from spilling on the ground.
Two downwads drain pipes in order to direct the liquids. Tank is pressure tested at 3.5 bar
Disharge system: Discharging of the tank will be by gravity. The system will have flowmeter without ticket printer.
Hose Carries :
-4 Flexible fuel proof hoses each of 4 m.Lenght with suitable fitting of 2 ? size on both sides.
-2 Hose carriers (tubes) with lockable caps.
Running Gears: Heavy duty type 2 axles grouped with dual mounted tyres each of which should be minimum 16 tons.
Wheels & Tyres:
-9 tyres per each semitrailer have to be supplied (8+1 spare tyre) of radial type and of the size 12.00x20 with 18 ply.
